Crafty workshops is a launch pad to teach new skills for school children of all abilities.

You can book a glass engraving session:
All tools are supplied
The cost for each student is £7.00
Age group 5+
No sharp edges involved.
Teaching staff can participate with children too.

Process is using decals; we have a huge range to choose from. The children stick these on to their glass then the next process is to sand carve the glass. Dependent on child’s age and height they can have a go themselves, but at all times they can watch the transformation of the glass in the engraving cabinet. When finished engraving the children wash of the decals and the glass is ready to use.

Time to allow 3 hours max this is working with a group of 18.
Smaller school groups are welcome but a minimum of 10 children keeps the price down to £7.00 each.

We will take you through step by step on what to do, no experience is required and it’s hands on fun, glass engraving all the way.
Children walk away with a unique engraved drinking glass which they have produced.  After the glass has gone through the engraving process its wash out and time to try it out with juice and a biscuit!
